How do I create an account?

How do I edit my account information?
Click the my account link at the top left hand side of our site to edit your account information.
I forgot my password!
Click the my account / sign in link at the top left hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
RETURNS
How do I return my product?
You can return or exchange items through the returns PORTAL. Please follow the directions in the portal to process your return or exchange. You’ll need the email address you placed the order with to initiate the return. You will receive a verification email with a link to your order, where you will choose the items you want to either return or exchange. It will walk you through the short process step-by-step, and will provide you with a printable return label in the end. All you have to do is affix the label to the items you want to return or exchange, and send it back to us. Please click here for more information on returning an item.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

What if my order is lost?
Click the My Account link at the top left hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance at support@originalpaperbacks.com or click here to submit an inquiry. Please also check with your neighbors to see if they may have accidentally received your package.
An item is missing from my order.

I received the wrong product.
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product. You can email us at support@originalpaperbacks.com or click here to submit an inquiry.
Can I update my order or address after my order has been placed?
If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order, please email us support@originalpaperbacks.com or click here to submit an inquiry as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help out. We fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we'll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel.
SHIPPING
How much is my shipping?
Ground shipping in the US is free on orders $150 and up. Shipping cost is not returned for returns. We comp shipping on exchanges only. Additional shipping methods are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship?
Standard shipments leave our Los Angeles warehouse within 48 hours and typically arrive within one to eight business days, depending on the delivery address. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Expedited orders are processed the same day for orders placed before 1 pm PST or the following day if placed after 1 pm PST and typically arrive in 2-3 days via UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next business day.
PRICING
Are taxes, duties, and customs included in my order?
International taxes, border clearance fees, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They are based on the individual product's country of origin and the classification of that merchandise and calculated by our shipper per the destination country's tax regulations. No further fees will be charged at the time of delivery.

How can I redeem my gift cards?
Digital gift cards will be emailed shortly after checkout is completed online. Sales tax will not be applied to gift card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, tax will apply only to those items. Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed online.
