Need to return or exchange your items? Not a problem!
HOW TO PLACE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
You can return or exchange items through the returns PORTAL. Please follow the directions in the portal to process your return or exchange.
You’ll need the email address you placed the order with to initiate the return. You will receive a verification email with a link to your order, where you will choose the items you want to either return or exchange.
It will walk you through the short process step-by-step, and will provide you with a printable return label in the end. All you have to do is affix the label to the items you want to return or exchange, and send it back to us.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. To make holiday gift-giving easier, any orders placed between November 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2025. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns.
Items must be returned in new condition with original tags intact. Items on clearance, gift cards, and any items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If your order includes both Final Sale and non-Final Sale items, only the non-Final Sale items are eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note an $8 flat-rate return fee will be deducted from your refund. While this fee doesn’t cover the full return cost, as a small, family-owned business, we appreciate your support in helping us continue to create product you love.
